Hell no - we were told to bring these back, and so we shall...

"Now that you're all dead or gone, we can blow some smoke up your asses, cause you had to move to Arkansas or Texas or Alaska or wherever - I don't really care. Oh, sorry we didn't get there for a week or two, but I had to figure out how I could give Halliburton all the reconstruction contracts..."

"At least 40 bodies were found Sunday at the 317-bed Memorial Medical Center, but the exact number was unclear. Bob Johannesen, a spokesman for the state Department of Health and Hospitals, said 45 patients had been found; hospital assistant administrator David Goodson said there were 44, plus three on the grounds.

"Goodson said patients died while waiting to be evacuated over the four days after the hurricane hit, as temperatures inside the hospital reached 106 degrees. "I would suggest that that had a lot to do with" the deaths, he said of the heat.

"Family members and nurses were "literally standing over the patients, fanning them," he said.

"Bush, in his third visit to New Orleans since the storm, made his first foray to the streets Monday, touring the city for 45 minutes. He disputed suggestions that the government responded sluggishly because the victims were mostly poor and black."

Actions speak louder than words, floppy-ears...

"So I'm asking Congress, please investigate this now. Take whatever idiot they have at the top of whatever agency and give me a better idiot. Give me a caring idiot. Give me a sensitive idiot. Just don't give me the same idiot."

"Please God, tell me my boy is safe and out of that horrible Southern land, there are no votes or money for him there anyway - they're just poor people and probably deserved to die anyway..."

"If this had happened in a Northern city like Boston or New York, relief would have been there within 24 hours..."

Any questions?

"One National Guard soldier who asked not to be named for fear of punishment from his commanding officer said of the lack of medical attention at the center,
'They (the Bush administration) care more about Iraq and Afghanistan than here.'"

We are disgusted.

That worthless piece of shit can mobilize 150,000 troops with full equipment and supplies within 24 hours to fight a for-profit and fictitious war to avenge his father, but we cannot get troops and supplies to the Gulf Coast to help our own people.

Thousands of people are lost and clueless - what happened to a fucking helicopter with a speaker shouting instructions - or are our bureaucrats so recto-cranially inverted that they have no instructions to give?

You have failed us, government - from all levels. You are praticing "too little, too late", and there are rapes, murders and good people dying by the roadsides, because you cannot get off your fat, oil- and pork-rich asses to organize anything.

You make us sick.

It has been days - have you thought about sitting abandoned and afraid on a rooftop with rising water all around with no food or drinking water? Wanna shit on yourself for four days?

The Army Corps of Engineers - fucking jokes. They can build a bridge over a canyon to fight a bunch of ragheads, but they can't plug a levee? And it's how many days is it now?

Hospitals evacuated, people dying needlessly, bureacracy on the fucking buses from NO to Houston - no one has a clue. We can give the Tsunami victims faster and more comprehensive relief than we can people 800 miles away from the reigning idiot.

Read our lips: communicate, communicate, shoot back - and send supplies - lots of them - and FUCKING NOW!!! Don't wait for the slow-assed government to do whatever the Hell they do - that's what's probably cost hundreds of lives already.

We were dealt a devastating blow to our city - our government is destroying it.
